5. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following grounds:

• It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (membership, sales)
• It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, distance contracts regulation)
• It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

6. Transfer of Data

Your data is shared with cargo companies, payment institutions, e-invoice providers, authorised public institutions and our software service providers only as required and to a limited extent. No transfers are made abroad.

7. Your Rights (Article 11 of the KVKK)

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller, you may send your application containing your request together with information identifying you:
